Lang is an innovative thought-leader with 20+ years of experience, to expand and reinvent technical, management consulting and engineering solutions. Lang is a pillar of the community in which she passionately serves.
Lang served as Vice President of business development and technical engineering firms, cultivating partnering opportunities with industry and clients on a multitude of multi-million dollar projects. Lang has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the software development, telecommunications, maritime, rail, healthcare and defense industries. The breadth and depth of her skills in contract negotiation and administration, business development and strategic planning, cost development, budgeting, target growth analysis and marketing and organizational development is unmatched. Lang uniquely bridges the gap between client needs and the most effective resources and practical solutions.
Committed to her community, Lang continues to serve as a Board Emeritus at the Hampton Roads Innovative Collaborative (HRIC) and served on the Board of Directors at the Samaritan House and her Homeowner’s Association.
David Esty - Executive Vice President
David is rooted in the Hampton Roads vicinity of Virginia and has dedicated over 25 years to business development in life-cycle and marine engineering. He was a leader and director in business growth for the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, and commercial clients - overseeing hundreds of personnel to accomplish the missions at hand. The management of a diverse network of clients with access to multiple IDIQ contract vehicles enabled him to leverage solutions quickly, collaboratively and effectively with best-value to costs in portfolios exceeding well over $40M, even $200M annually.
David is highly driven by reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and condition based maintenance (CBM) programs resulting in the success record of hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue for every government and commercial business development project. David leverages his decades of experience and network to cultivate capabilities and investments that continuously improve current assessment infrastructure including IT network, technologies, and complex engineering analysis of marine and industrial systems and equipment.
David stays abreast of the latest technology and theories applied in management as a member of key RCM/CBM professional organizations such as the American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE), Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SNAME), Maintenance and Reliability Technology Summit (MARTS), Machinery Information Management Open Systems Architecture (MIMOSA),National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), and the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professional (SMRP).
